Sasha Festival 2013 - post 1

Our flight was delayed due to bad weather, but Boo and I arrived just in time for registration and a quick bite to eat in the hotel's restaurant before the fun began.
This evening's main event was the Meet And Greet. Lots of fun people to talk with and beautiful dolls to look at. The theme was "A Sasha Sleepover", so many dolls and a few people were dressed in nightwear. Here are a few of the pictures I took so you can get a feel for the event - held in a large well lit atrium in the hotel. No time to write more as I need sleep, but I may add captions eventually.

Boo tucked her babies into a makeshift bed beside her own (a pillow on a chair). Here they are ready for sleep. If only she was as easy to get to bed; she way too wound up this evening.

Hopefully you are all sleeping like babies as I write this, after what looks like a fun evening of meeting and greeting.

Ooooh thanks so much for the blog and the photos! What a wonderful time you will all have (and are already having I'm sure!) I loved seeing all the attendees and their dolls and Dorisanne has such a smily face, that she made me smile. I hope you'll be able to tell us who is who once you're home and rested.
I have to say that I love the photo of the lady with white hair and glasses, the way she is holding her poor Sasha is hilarious!!!
Hugs Sharon in Spain xx

Oooooo! I've been among the missing since the Portland, ME, Festival, but still attend each in spirit thanks to my Aggie Collettes who always represent. Hi Dorisanne! Love seeing your picture.

Also, I fell in love with the baby with the strawberry blonde curls. Thanks for the pictures. Keep 'em coming, please.

Wishing I was there too... but pleased to see one of my previous babies (the brunette one in the middle) of Boo's tribe has made it to yet another Sasha Festival.

Recognised about five of the attendees so far. Everyone looks very happy.

So Francine Keep Calm and carry on photographing and blogging for the unfortunate 'stay-at-homers.'

Just spotted Ginger M with Finn - so good to put a face to her name.
